Our five main product categories are:

We operate in 19 countries through 27 subsidiaries and achieved a turnover of €1.7 billion in 2024.
Our sales model is omnichannel: websites, printed catalogs, field sales teams, telephone sales, and retail stores.
The number one objective shared daily by our 5,000 employees is to ensure the highest and most consistent level of satisfaction for our professional customers.
I joined the Raja Group in 2006 and currently lead the European Central Purchasing and Product Marketing Department.
Our missions include:
- Sourcing, qualifying, and selecting the best manufacturers, while optimizing Group purchasing conditions
- Continuously developing and enhancing our Group product offering
- Ensuring outstanding product and service quality for our customers
- Actively contributing to the Group’s commercial growth in close synergy with the Marketing and Sales Departments
2- RAJA joined the CNE this year as a member of its 6th sector (Other companies and associations): could you explain why RAJA supports the CNE and its actions?
Joining the CNE has many benefits for us:
– Improving our access to information, particularly in anticipation of new environmental standards, regulatory changes, etc.
– Collaborating with other industry experts and adding to our catalog of best practices.
– Capture more innovations (products, materials, services, etc.), particularly in terms of CSR.
– Meet new manufacturers and stakeholders
– Interact with the CNE and participate in its various projects and publications
3- What are the main challenges you face in the packaging distribution sector, particularly with regard to customer needs?
Customer needs are numerous and constantly evolving; the main expectations we have to meet are as follows:
– Offer packaging that meets demanding and proven eco-responsible criteria
– Recommend packaging adapted to each sector of activity and each need (reduction of empty space in packages or on pallets; productivity gains; personalized printing, etc.).
– Innovate to enable our customers to further improve their packaging processes, brand image and CSR ambitions…
– Maintain impeccable product and service quality and continue to satisfy our customers.
– Continue to work hand in hand with our partner-suppliers, throughout Europe, a requirement made all the more necessary by the current economic and geopolitical upheavals and uncertainties.
