    Can you describe your activity ? <\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Originally I am a teacher in applied arts and artistic culture. I teach this discipline to students who are between 14 and 30 years old, which goes from the third grade to the engineering school. However, for about ten years now, I have been teaching design at the FS Pack in Cognac. My objectives are multiple: First, my role is to accompany the students in a project approach, to teach them to be methodical, curious, observers in their environment while transmitting them a cultural background, that to propose innovative ideas. Then, within the framework of projects and competitions such as the CNE, my work will be to teach them to combine creativity, technical and formal constraints as well as working group management. Finally, my last objective will be to give them the necessary tools to communicate their ideas. Training in 2D, 3D and video rendering software is an important part of the work, allowing students to enhance the content through the form.<\/p>\n

      Your school has been a loyal supporter of the Emball\u00e9 5.0 Competition organized by the CNE since the beginning of the adventure. Tell us about Emball\u00e9 5.0 as seen and experienced by your students and teaching staff?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Indeed, the Emball\u00e9 5.0 competition has become for us an unmissable event of the year. This competition has the attraction of being very open in terms of solutions, materials, usage scenarios and allows students each year to express themselves and find different solutions. It requires them to keep abreast of what’s new but also what already exists, to find innovative but realistic answers, with constraints that are not linked to a brand but to ergonomic, usage and environmental considerations. Moreover, in terms of form, the rendering is an excellent exercise for the students to learn to communicate their ideas, beyond the teamwork that gives them a very good vision of what awaits them in the professional world. Finally, when we are lucky enough to be among the six selected, the \u00ab\u00a06 minutes\u00a0\u00bb to convince” exercise is extremely formative and is one of the best memories of the students who are lucky enough to have experienced it.<\/p>\n

        You designed and produced the trophies for Emball\u00e9 5.0 this year. Tell us about the creative and technical journey?<\/strong>

            \"\"<\/p>\n

            Due to professional deformation, my creative approach is not so different from the one used for packaging design. Only the specifications change. However, if I can cite a common constraint: what I\u00a0imagine must make sense. I think it’s important that everything that is imagined can be explained by something other than a purely aesthetic aspect, which is certainly one of the most subjective aspects that exists. Then comes the difficulty of finding the most efficient technical solution. I have the chance to work with professionals who handle many materials and this with a consequent technical platform. Finally to find the solutions of realization, to work with technicians who have another vision that mine is as exhilarating as to have imagined a form…<\/p>\n
